- Indoor 8' x 5' packages start at $200.00 plus tax and is available ONLY in the Greater Cincinnati Area - The BUDGET BACKYARD PARTY package is available ONLY in Greater Cincinnati for a nightly rental price of $350.00 plus tax. - Larger screen pricing factors variables that are based on screen size and travel distance. Reservations Reservations are made on a first-come first-serve basis and are tentative until "secured" with a 50% fully-refundable deposit. When the deposit is received, PREMIERE MOBILE CINEMA'S services are guaranteed at your event on that date. You may tentatively reserve your dates without the deposit payment—but it is subject to cancellation if another customer chooses that date and pays the deposit payment.
Film Licensing Once you have selected your movie, we will help you acquire legal rights to screen it at your event. As the equipment provider, we are legally not permitted to obtain the license for you, the end-user. Please contact SWANK MOTION PICTURE DISTRIBUTING or CRITERION PICTURES USA directly for more information and pricing.
If bad weather prevents less than 50% of a movie to be shown, PREMIERE MOBILE CINEMA guarantees you one make-up event in 2009 or 2010. Two fees will be charged: travel costs associated with returning to your venue, and a Weather Related Cancellation Fee to cover employee time etc.(if necessary). You may shift event dates due to forecasted inclement weather. No charges will be applied if our staff has not begun traveling to your venue. If the weather looks threatening (imminent rain, rain, looming thunder clouds, dangerous winds capable of damaging equipment) PREMIERE MOBILE CINEMA reserves the right to protect its own equipment by canceling setup/production. PREMIERE MOBILE CINEMA reserves the right to delay setup or to pause the production until suitable weather conditions exist.

If the location of the screen is in a position that will allow for
less
ambient light, an earlier or on time starting time is more
plausible. Since ambient light and projectors do not mix, this is a
natural occurrence which is in the hands of
Mother Nature
and out of ours and ANY projector based outdoor movie provider. We
will do everything in our power to get the movie started as early as
we possibly can. We will show pre-show media prior to the start of
the movie to guage an appropriate starting time of the main feature
so that it can be seen without ambient light interference.

Setup Procedure We begin setup at your specified time (typically 6:00pm). The Inflatable Screen will be setup within one hour. Audio equipment tests begin immediately after the screen is standing, and projection tests begin at dusk. The Inflatable Screen will begin deflating 15 minutes after the end of the movie, unless otherwise specified by customer. After the movie, all equipment will be removed within 1.5 hours.
Other Media PREMIERE MOBILE CINEMA technicians are at your service to present more than a movie. You can present sponsorships ads, slides, on-screen video games, music videos, live camera feed, announcements, and much more! Your choices of media and advertisements need to be submitted one month before your event. We accept nearly every media format. There are no extra fees for submitting your media content. We will prepare your specified presentation and project it at the event.
Event Liability Insurance Any accident involving PREMIERE MOBILE CINEMA'S equipment or employees to any outside participant(s) is covered by PREMIERE MOBILE CINEMA'S event liability insurance coverage. You may request to be additionally insured under our policy at your events.
Payment A 50% deposit is required to guarantee your movie dates. The remaining 50% of payment is due at the start of your event. If you have any questions about our policies, please contact us via phone or email.
